Target Maternity Try-On Spring 2019

I recently visited Target to check out their maternity clothing by Ingrid and Isabel as I was in dire need of some new cute things. I’ve never been one to really splurge on maternity wear so shopping at places like Target, Old Navy and Kohls – and I really like ASOS maternity for dresses or more fun and trendy looks. For sizing right now I typically venture between a Medium or a Large. I like the roominess of a large and knowing it will work through the third trimester. With pregnancy, my whole body grows – arms, legs, thighs, butt, boobs, fingers, and feet! I like to think that my body is just trying to catch up and match my unruly big hair. I am not one to just get the cute baby bump…my whole body participates and I get nice and soft and fluffy 🙂 Descriptions of each item and links are below the photo/product image.

Denim Dress Tunic Dress
This was a really cute dress I loved how roomy it was and the buttons down the front made it super nursing friendly! Most of my maternity clothing has a sinching just above the belly and around the ribs to help accentuate the baby bump!

Longsleeve Blue Stripe Pop-Over Tunic: I loved this cute little striped shirt! Buttons down the front, again, making it super nursing friendly for wear after baby arrives and I loved how it looked with a pair of denim jeans and brown flats!

Black Tunic Length Zip Hoodie: I LOVED this hoodie so much – I did end up buying it for myself…I loved that it felt practical and that it could go with anything. For a fitted look stay true to size. In this image, I’m wearing a medium but ended up buying the large.

Navy and Coral Striped Dress: This was the cutest and most comfy dress for spring/summer! I didn’t buy it because I have a similar one already…but it was SO very cute and totally worth the purchase if you’re on the hunt for something that’s not a full-length maxi.

Black Fitted T-shirt Dress: This was surprisingly more flattering than I anticipated it would be. I could see it being layered with a denim jacket, utility jacket or any other type of long sleeve lightweight sweater. The material didn’t feel or seem sheer and it was really stretchy! I like to wear Spanx or control shorts under most of the maternity clothing that’s more form fitting (I like to size up and get a size large in these).

Maternity Tie Dress in Rose: I also purchased this pretty dress! The ties don’t come undone…so not exactly nursing friendly but I loved the color and the fabric and have worn it a handful of times now while in Florida on vacation.

Floor Length Floral Maxi: I’m not a huge maxi dress lover – I tend to trip on them and feel constricted…I like dresses that are midi length or just at the knees…although this dress was cute and the floral color would be great for spring or summer! I am 5′ 7″ for those wondering on length.

Cross Over Panel Dark Wash Denim: I loved these denim jeans more than I thought I would! I didn’t buy them because I have a similar pair that aren’t cross over in the back. However, I have these leggings that have the cross over panel and I’d say the denim felt like it would stay up much better than the leggings currently do.

Striped Maternity Tee: Can we talk about how adorable this striped and simple tee is? I loved it (didn’t buy it) but comfy and casual! I also loved that it had a small v-neckline.

Denim Pop Over Tunic: I am pretty obsessed with tunic length tops that have ties around the upper waist…and buttons, always buttons. This chambray version of a maternity top was really cute on and would be adorable layered with other pieces or worn as is. In this photo, I had it on with black leggings and I felt like the coverage and length was great!
