I recently received this Polka Dot Midi Wrap Dress from Shop Mamie to style in a handful of different ways for the cold weather living ladies out there. Of course, the dress is adorable and would be amazing on its own, especially for those of you who are lucky enough to have a lot of sunshine and warm weather year-round! But if you’re like me and live in the mid-west where we’ve already gotten a half foot of snow…the wrap dress style can feel unattainable. I hope the ideas below provide inspiration for you as you consider dressing up for the holiday season and into the new year, wherever you live!
Here is the dress on its own! So pretty and feminine.

Option 1: Add a Chambray Button-up
Style with a chambray long sleeve top! I don’t know what it is about a well-fitted button-up chambray top and its ability to be added to any look…but it works! Tying it around your natural waist-line makes for a great look. This may have been one of my favorite combos!

Option 2: Black Bishop Sleeve Sweater with Pumps
Another sweater idea because again, cold weather, but I love the way the bishop sleeve and mock turtleneck on this sweater work with the dress! In this option, I paired it with some close-toed pumps!

Option 3: Black Bishop Sleeve Sweater and Boots
Similar overall look as option 3 but I wanted you to see how it came together with slouchy boots! These are the only true boots I own but I think this dress would also look good with more of a knee-high boot like these boots or these boots! Knee high boots are all the rage right now and can really make a cold season look.

Option 4: Open Front Long Cardigan and Oxfords
I love this cozy casual look! This look definitely feels more practical, overall, as if I should be wearing it while making homemade Christmas wreaths or decorating the Christmas tree (maybe swap the shoes for slippers) 🙂 It really works and I love that it’s more of an “around the house” look!

Option 5: Blazer and Heels
Whether it’s for a work party or a day-to-day work look this would combo would be so cute! I found this blazer from H&M a LONG time ago…like years ago and it’s a staple piece in my closet. I love how it looked with the wrap dress from Shop Mamie. I could see this look being worn with cream-colored flats too!

Looks amazing on you, Sam!! I love all of the ways that you paired it, especially with that neutral blazer. Although I think it looks great on you just by itself as well!
