We recently went to Arizona to celebrate my sister-in-law, Anna and her new husband, Patrick, as they tied the knot on February 17! We had a great time, I was in the wedding party, Rowan was the ring bearer. We had a fun time hanging with family and seeing some of our favorite places with Rowan in tow. We visited the zoo on one particular day and he absolutely LOVED it and on another day, we visited the Superstition Mountains, which is a place Dusty and I have loved to go since we started dating almost 11 years ago – woah! Now I feel old. It was so special to walk on some of the same trails we had 11 years ago – but this time with Rowan along for the journey. There was something really neat about time and place, and knowing the special moments shared in this same spot were ones we could now share with a little human that was half Dusty and half me (although he looks way more like Dusty)!
Our trip to the Superstition Mountains was a little more impromptu…so I didn’t wear any hiking shoes or walking shoes, I wore these little booties from Naturalizer – and they were still super comfy for the little bit of foot exploration we did! I love the color of the boots (they go with anything)! The boots I’m wearing in this post are the Blair boot in soft marble leather.
After we walked around the base of the mountains we went to a little “ghost town” called Goldfield Ghost Town – it had a train that Rowan LOVED and we walked around and enjoyed the weather.
Thank you to Naturalizer for kindly sponsoring this post. All opinions are 100% honest & completely my own.
