Beautycounter Essentials & A Giveaway

I wrote a blog post earlier this spring about Beautycounter and their amazing skin care line. I had sampled their Countertime face products and have rave reviews. These products were honest and true and don’t have harmful chemicals. I loved every item I tried, so much so that I even purchased a few larger sizes for myself.

In this review I am sharing my thoughts on the Beautycounter Essentials face care line. Again, I have nothing but good things to say! However, there were some items I loved more than others. I have listed them below from my favorite to my least favorite (but all still amazing)! Next up on the Beautycounter review list will be body care products! Stay tuned for that. In the meantime, check out my review on the Essential line and then apply for the giveaway using the Rafflecopter widget at the bottom of this blog post. One lucky reader will win a travel size pouch of the Essential skin care line!

Every Night PM Hydrating Cream: I’ve always had dry skin or skin that feels tight and has a lack of moisture. Even in the summer months I tend to like to have more dewy moisturized skin. Although this is meant for night application, I us it all day. I love that extra moisture it provides. It is like wearing a moisturizing facial mask…minus the greasy feeling! I purchased this right away!

Gentle ExfoliatorWhat I love about this stuff is that it buffs your skin just enough to remove that top dead and dull layer of skin…all while moisturizing…it then brings out this lovely lovely healthy glow that I can’t say I’ve seen using any other sort of exfoliator. Definitely my number one choice/recommendation right now for facial exfoliation.

Eye CreamI wasn’t one to really think eye cream had its purpose in my face/skin care regiment…but then I tried this eye cream and have been hooked! I love how it soothed and made the skin around my eyes feel soft and yet firmed up the skin. It also created a “brightness” that I otherwise didn’t have. Love it!

Routine Clean Cream CleanserAgain, a product that won me over. Left my skin feeling clean, subtle and soft. Moisturized and evened out the tone of my skin.

Everyday AM Hydrating CreamThis cream is great for those who don’t want too much moisture. So if you have oily skin or combination skin I would suggest this to you!
