Knit Scarves and Stripes

Here is another styled blog post for you all – full of awkward hair tuck poses, looking off in to the distance, and fake smirky grins! My lovely cousin Katie stayed with me last weekend which allowed Dusty the opportunity to sneak out of having to be my photographer this time around! I am thinking that Dusty has some competition on his hands, she is a natural! I’ve been stumbling upon these little places in our new city that make for great photo locations. They always have to have a few different criteria but most importantly… they need to feel more “private”. Although photography is something I love…I have always had a hard time not feeling like a turd when I am getting my photos taken in public places! It actually makes me super uncomfortable – believe it or not! Dusty gets frustrated pretty quickly with me when we are out searching for a location and I say, “no, not here anymore…there are too many people around!” and then we drive for a little while…It is a funny insecurity that I won’t let hold me back – much like starting this blog! You can’t always worry what other people think or you’ll never try half the things you are interested in trying! On another note, please try really really really hard to focus on the lovely scarf and full ensemble I am wearing in this blog post – meaning, DO NOT for your own good look at my crazy terrible grown out roots which house grey mousey hairs! Gahhh what it means to be 27 and going grey! Thankfully for right now these little hairs blend in to my blonde…but probably not for long! So here is a little fall outfit inspo!

Love this scarf + sweater combo! Such a great fall look. I would wear the sweater with a pair of leggings and my combat boots. Happy Wednesday!

  4. I have such a tough time taking photos in public and so they are all just right in front on our home. My hubby does not enjoy taking photos of me in public either. Love this cozy weekend look!

I know! Isn’t it the hardest thing to get over? It just psychs me right out and I can’t take the photos seriously if there are too many people around haha. Thanks for stopping by and I will check out TBT Fashion Link Up 🙂 xo
